Return policy 

I will do everything reasonable to make sure that you have a custom holster which that lasts a lifetime.  My goal is that you are as happy with this holster in 10- 20 years as you were the day you first brought it home.  My second goal is that no one will need to use this return policy. But I understand the difference between companies that take your money and say goodbye, and the ones that stand by their products especially when those products under perform.  I want to take care of my customers without being taken advantage of, If I can accomplish that I will bend over backwards to help you out. 

 I will repair, replace, any defect.  You send it back to me (you cover shipping) and I will take care of the defect and return it to you(i will cover shipping back to you.)
